AMD Radeon HD 6990 claimed to be World’s Fastest Graphics Card

AMD released the new Radeon HD 6990, claimed to be the fastest graphics card in the world, according to AMD, topping a new mark (P11865) in the 3DMark11 benchmark.

The new HD 6990 graphics cards are available immediately worldwide, with prices starting at 700 US$ in the United States.

With the hardcore gamers in mind, AMD Radeon HD 6990 graphics cards was designed  Microsoft DirectX 11 architecture, featuring advanced image quality capabilities for the astonishing looking games, and AMD PowerTune intelligent technology to enable higher clock speeds and faster gaming.

Supporting up toto 5 displays by means of AMD Eyefinity multi-display technology, the new Radeon HD 6990 can support six displays via DisplayPort. HDMI 1.4 support is here too.
