November 15, 2010 by | Comments

Ever wanted to crush, smash or otherwise destroy the ever loveable Sackboy, star of hit PlayStation game LittleBigPlanet? Well, now you can – and win a 46″ Sony BRAVIA TV for your merciless efforts. Hosted by the official PlayStation Forums at community.eu.playstation.com, LittleBigPlanet Contraption Challenge 12 is a brilliantly fun contest which tasks you to create an original and imaginative contraption in the PlayStation 3 version of LittleBigPlanet’s Create Mode.

In this final Contraption Challenge, you must create a Sackboy exterminator. The crazier and more original your idea, the better – just as long as it’s capable of striking fear into the hearts of the most courageous Sackboys with its monstrous ways. A selection of the best entries will be picked out by the official PlayStation Community Team, with a public poll held at the Challenge’s conclusion to decide the overall winner, chosen by your votes. The lucky victor will walk away with a 46″ Sony BRAVIA TV, while the runner-up will win a copy of LittleBigPlanet on PSP.

Interested? To enter LittleBigPlanet Contraption Challenge 12, all you need to do is load your copy of LittleBigPlanet on PlayStation 3 and then construct your contraption inside the My Moon area. Once your Sackboy exterminator is complete, publish it within a level. You can name your level anything you want, but it must contain the phrase CC12 in its title to be valid for entry. The closing date for your submission is 23 November 2010 so make sure you get creating right now. Entries are limited to three per PlayStation Network online ID and you must be 18 or over to claim the prize.

It’s a killer contest, so don’t miss out on the final LittleBigPlanet Contraption Challenge for your chance to win a 46″ Sony BRAVIA TV. Visit the official PlayStation Forums at community.eu.playstation.com for more information and best of luck with your entry!
